Twilight and Moonlight Trips
These trips are a great way to cool off on a summer's day, and also make a romantic evening for two.
We run twilight trips all summer.
Moonlight trip dates: Friday 7/3 or Saturday 7/4, Saturday 8/1 or Sunday 8/2
(Why do we run these trips a few days before the full moon? We want the moon to be up high enough to give us light on the river, so we can see where we're going. Typically, when the moon is full, it doesn't rise above the nearby mountain ridge until 10 pm and doesn't reach its peak until 1 am - a lot later than most people want to be out on the river.)
Firefly Trips
Come out for an evening in late June or early July and you'll see a spectacular display of lights!
Wine Tasting Trip
Paddle down to a local gem, Rosedale Farm & Vineyard. The three-acre vineyard has produced several award-winning wines and promises to be a local favorite for years to come.
A designated driver is a must-have for this outing.
This is a popular trip, so be sure to sign up early!
Fall Foliage
A trip down the river in October or November will offer a breaktaking show of New England's autumn colors.
